I'll be honest with you — being a crypto founder is not what I imagined it would be. When I started Hineycoin, I had an idea, a lot of energy, and no roadmap. I'd been in crypto since 2017. XRP, ICOs, DeFi, memes — I watched every cycle. I got extracted from. I watched others get extracted from. And I finally said: I'm going to build the thing I wished existed.

What I didn't fully appreciate was how much there is to juggle. The token. The community. The NFTs. The content. The security. The partnerships. The trust you earn and can lose. People came and went — and they did. Some arrived with energy and left when it got hard. The core folks — you know who you are — are still here. Still building. Still showing up every single day. That means everything to me.
This past year tested us. We got compromised. We lost real money. There were moments I questioned everything. But what kept me coming back — every single time — was the connections and relationships we've made along the way. The conversations in Spaces. The creators who drop videos weekly. The holders who DM just to say they're still here. We are not just a community. We are a community of communities supporting each other.
We evolved because we had to. From a cheeky meme token to a community coin to a brand with purpose. And we intentionally launched on Bitcoin Pizza Day because that's who we are at our core — still a Bitcoin at heart, just turned upside down, with a little hiney energy added.
